1st October 2010 see's the implementation of new Build Regulations including Document L
Document relates to the "Conservation of Fuel and Power"
The regulations point of Document L is stated as follows; "The aim of part L is for reasonable provision to be made for the conservation of fuel and power in dwellings and buildings other than dwellings by limiting the heat loss through the fabric of the building"
